Use "Firefox" to open 7470 pages! Female engineer collapsed after sliding her hand and asked for help

A foreign female software engineer recently posted on the Internet that she usually uses Firefox browser to surf the Internet, but she has the habit of "not turning off tabs", which has resulted in her opening a total of 7,470 tabs in the past two years. However, she was so proud of it that she accidentally "swiped" a few days ago. Not only did she close all the tabs, but the browser even refused to help her restore it to its original state, causing her to anxiously seek help from netizens.

According to PCMag, a female engineer with the account name "hazel" recently posted that she likes to read content from the past few days and months, so she has developed the habit of not closing Firefox. Her browser habits caused her to accumulate as many as 7,470 pages in the past 2 years. Unexpectedly, one day she accidentally "swiped" and closed all the tabs instantly, and the browser refused to restore it to its original state. This made her very sad and asked netizens for help.

Fortunately, with the help of knowledgeable netizens, Hazel finally successfully recovered all 7470 missing tabs through Firefox's configuration file cache, which also made her happily "recover a part of herself." In addition, she also revealed that although she opened up to 7,470 tabs at once, the network would only start downloading when a specific tab was opened, so it would not waste computing resources and cause the computer to freeze.

It is worth mentioning that Mozilla, the company that develops the Firefox browser, also issued a statement after learning about the incident, saying that the company has always wanted to improve the performance of Firefox, so even if a large number of paging is turned on, it will not take up too much memory. Now it is very happy. Hazel allowed them to see that their past efforts had finally paid off, but also pointed out that "pagination management" is a common problem encountered by modern Internet users.
