A human being has to face some tension at many stages of life. Although the tension is not an extraordinary thing, if a man becomes a victim of it, it does not remain ordinary. It is the need of that particular time that some steps must be taken against it. If we do the step of mindfulness, it can be beneficial for us. Now we are going to discuss ten proposals are operated then this anxiety can be concluded.

What is mindfulness? It means to pay full attention to one's thoughts and imagination. By doing this, you can observe the thoughts that arise in your minds and are enabled to be least affected by them. You are grounded with the idea quite effectively that thoughts and feelings, including negative thoughts and imaginations, are temporary. 

 

It is known by scientific studies that mindfulness not only protects you from depressions but also affects those parts of the mind quite positively, which are bound to face some tension regularly. The people who do ths acts regularly are benefitted a lot. They do not have to visit the doctors so much as other people do. Their memory remains very sharp. There are ten methods prescribed which can decrease our mental tension quite effectively.

Eat chocolate a lot but keep one thing in mind while eating the chocolate, you should keep your full attention to the taste and smell of that chocolate rather than any other thing. If you are eating it without feeling it, you are depriving yourself of its taste and smell. To attach with your senses and feeling is mindfulness, and that`s why do act upon this method of eating chocolate. 

 

2. Walk 

To walk is a beast exercise and a tremendous way to decrease your mental tension. A healthy walk keeps your tired body nw fresh. To walk does not mean to walk for long distances. You can walk in your street; the only necessary thing is to keep your mind open. Keep a keen focus on one thing while walking: your body and muscles are gaining strength on each step. While walking, enjoy the surrounding scenes, voices, and smells.

 

3. Deep  breathing stress relief

Whenever you are in a state of anger or tension, you forget to think about keeping yourself comfortable. Deep breathing is a kind of mindfulness that is made for this situation. It means to keep full attention towards inhaling, exhaling. It enables you to command your thoughts.

 

4. Best ways to pleasure yourself 

You can not feel tiredness, tension, or disappointment at any time. You do not feel pleasure in anything. The pursuits of enjoyment seem to be diminished for you.

You can vanish this feeling by aspiring yourself towards little things which make you feel better. Take your favorite drink. Enjoy the company of your best friends or do some exercise. 

 

5. Mindfulness by standing in a row

Sometimes you have to wait in a long row. Sometimes for the filling of gas in the car or the payment of bills in the bank, you find rush everywhere. When your patience is about to finish, then running in your mind?

Your attention to mindfulness accepts that some incidents are unpleasant. Through mindfulness, you accept this frustration and allow this to carry on.

you should be thankful for the positive in your life. If you consider ten things that make you feel happy, then saying thanks to god. The people, who think positively for you, say thanks to them. The exercise of being thankful can be vital in the process of mindfulness.

 

8. Mindfulness of voices

 The effect of voices is also potent, like thoughts. The voices are also no more materialistic and open for an explanation. Some songs make you happy, and some upset you. You should feel the strength of it and get the idea of its relwith your thinking and imagination. Through mindfulness, you come to know the relation between voice and thinking.

 

9. Remembers the good days

it would help if you remembered that time at which you were pleased. You feel very comfortable when you remember your golden time of happiness.

 

10. Watch movie

it would help if you visited your cinema with your friends or family member. Sometimes movies please your friends or family member. Sometimes movies please your esthetic sense, and you feel very comfortable.

I feel that watching a movie in a comfortable environment is a better source of comfort.
