Tinospora cordifolia, also known as Guduchi and giloy, is a herbaceous vine of the Menispermaceae indigenous to tropical regions of the Indian subcontinent. According to Baba Ramdev, coronavirus enters the person's body and starts multiplying. Baba Ramdev claims that giloy and ashwagandha can break its chain and destroy the coronavirus from its root. It is recommended to extract the juice of fresh stalk of giloy and mix it with 5-7 tulsi leaves and boil with a half cup of water and drink it daily.
