How Gratitude can change your life?

What is Gratitude?

Gratitude is strongly associated with happiness. Gratitude is a positive emotion. It is a combination of two most powerful energies Love and appreciates. Showing our Love towards the things which we already have, then it doesn't matter if they are small things or big ones. It will instantly shift our mood towards a positive state of mind. Love and Selfless appreciation is indeed a way for a grateful heart.

We all have some of the other things to cry or complain about; I don't have this, I don't have that, I wanted that thing, but I didn't receive and so on. But most of the time we ignore the factors which we already have.

Factors such as roof above us, clean water for use, air to breathe, the plants and trees which produce oxygen for us every single day, the flowers, a vehicle to commute, the beautiful colors, have you ever assumed our world without colors? Or even doors and windows, just imagine your house without it.

How would it be? You wouldn't be safe; rainwater would drip in your house or maybe worse. Or a world without a pen, pencil, toothbrush, fabric, books, phone, water bottles, and the list can go on and on. But at some point, we take all things for granted, and we overlook them.

Why, Gratitude is important?
